Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:

• The item is damaged or defective
• You received the wrong product
• The item arrives significantly different from the description

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used or opened skincare products
• Products damaged through misuse
• Items returned after the return period

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, cancellations may no longer be possible.
